As a Customer Service Representative at Call Power Tz, I provide quality support to customers through phone, email, and chat. I handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. I also use my multilingual skills to translate between Portuguese, English, and Swahili, facilitating communication and understanding among diverse clients and stakeholders.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Eduardo Mondlane, where I developed my scholarly research, communication, and team leadership skills. I conducted historical research on various topics, wrote academic papers, and presented my findings to peers and professors. I also coordinated a project on social work as an Administrative Assistant at Action Mozambique, where I organized events, managed budgets, and liaised with partners and beneficiaries. I am passionate about learning, helping others, and working in a team.
