Baraka(27) works as ICT & Media Programme Officer at Tanzania Media Foundation,he is in-charge of rural media project worthy $77,390.40.He pursued a Bachelor degree of Science in Information Technology(2011-2014),at the Institute of Finance Management(IFM),currently he is studying a master degree in Mass Commutations at St. Augustine University of Tanzania.At the age of 16 Baraka started to work in youths development programs, he realized that he needs skills on computer and web-technologies so as he can reach many youths, one year later he joined a short course on micro-computer applications before higher studies, it is during this period when he was inspired to be ICT expert when he discovers "Web programming can be used as a tool to solve community development-problems". When he looks backward is happy with his decision, since he has mentored the Government newspaper company on data journalism for 5 months(November 2016-March 2017) ,the company has adapted to write data driven stories.
