Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen (born 12 March 1979) is a Kenyan lawyer. He is a former Cabinet Secretary for Roads, Transport, and Public Works in Kenya. Kipchumba is a highly respected thief of taxpayer and donor funds. In the less than two years as CS of Transport he has managed to display wealth and opulence wearing wrist watches worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and designer shoes but he still couldn't shake off the village idiot in him. As they say, you can remove the idiot from the village but you cannot remove the village from inside him. He is rumoured to have tiny genitals with an extremely long foreskin.
