It's obvious in times of elections there're tangible reasons that determine who seem attractive in the view and or perspective of the voters (the decided and none).
The following are some undisputed reasons that establish a bigger chance for Magufuli JP to win the top job of President of Tanzania 2015/20.
1. A determined politician while on Platform. It's with no doubt that Mr Magufuli has always been determined in defending his Party and he has won a medal by becoming a thorn to the opposition especially when he's given chance to give speech on podiums.
One hardened phrase from him:
*We built this road not just for the vehicles to trail on but also for the opposition fellows to pass on while demonstrating!
2. He has won hearts because of his hard work.
Frankly speaking 'Hard work pays jamani' the guy is a hard worker it is so vivid when his party colleagues joined hand to vote for him in the primaries eventhough Edward Lowassa's influence was about to tear the party apart!
He stands well on this because it is one big thing that brands him well to the common wananchi who knows what has been done under him as far as roads are concerned.
3. Analysts evaluates him well.
Among them is Mtatiro Julius who agree that Magufuli is a man of actions eventhough he has shortcomings as a human being but they don't surpass Corruption ones that are said to be vivid in some CCM cadres,remember many Tanzanians see corruption as the biggest enemy therefore Magufuli's rare mentions in it keeps him in the safe side of being traded for the presidency.
4. Man who stands by the Law, you won't deny the fact that Magufuli's stance in defending the Law is undeniably strong,working as Works Minister we have witnessed him wrangle even with his fellow govt. Ministers while implementing the law, One time he had to order part of his father's house demolished! He's tough indeed!
Most people think that the Law is being broken if not being bent by the govt. Seniors who always escape the Law in safeguarding their bad affairs,the voters needs a strict Top boss who will take action on those.
5. It's hard to fine tune Magufuli's stance, this might look awkward but yet another strong trait for the President of the URT where some senior govt leaders can be easily tuned to change their stances, I remember when he refused to acknowledge Kilwa Road before the Vice President,he ordered the Japanese side that sponsored the constructs to redo,it was such an awkward yet strong stance by him.
6. His Industrious nature will help gather votes from the undecided

Yes, it has been witnessed elsewhere the main parties fallen eg KANU in Kenya,but CCM until now it retains many constituencies that assure its presidential victory,plus this,CCM has many members compared to the opposition.
8. Magufuli is a funnyman politic is an art and he knows it well while on the Platform,he resemble the late baba wa Taifa who made his audience love listening to him,so is Magufuli. Unlikely the opposition fellows who are always aggressive while addressing the wananchi and sometimes they even lack entertainments in their rallies.
9. Enough campaigners for him. Just mark the number of CCM MPS who will be campaigning for him,unlikely the opposition.
10. He's a learned brother. The PhD factor,bald factor,simplicity factor(he is simple indeed he never eat burgers only Ugali,woe on you State House chefs you need to master the ugali cooking art,his kids learned in a common primary school),seriousness,wife with common carrier I.e. Mwalimu this factor takes some votes from teachers believing that mama will convince her husband to safeguard walimu's affairs,he attributes success to God this takes the faithfuls' votes.
