Great strides i believe that this will be Kenyas First fair Election that is just....who ever wins this will be the true winner for the first time since 1982.....
Unless the system is compromised and experience failure....

Further more IEBC has installed 310 satellite dishes in remote areas for live transmission incases of network failure ......

Kiems machine will be reading ones fingerprints and Displaying all ur information all you need is an ID

Nop.
There'll still be another folk tale of how Raila was rigged.
We'll hear about it from Tuesday until 2022 when I predict he will make his true final stab at the presidency.

I don't know if you watched the dry run for election transmission at Bomas yesterday? That system is tamper proof. The only way to compromise it is by switching off the electricity supply in the country or switching off telecommunication companies' signal e.g Safaricom. Hacking it will also not be possible because the telcos are using a private signal, not the one that we normally use.
Finally two major differences in 2017 vis a vis 2013 are
1) Results declared at the polling station will be - wait for it - " Final". That in itself knocks out all the rigging strategies used since Moi era. There will be no kitchen that will be cooking results at Bomas like in 2007 where even Kivuitu said he does not know who won.
2) The returning officers will not be required to deliver form 34 A physically for results to be announced. The results will be transmitted digitally using telcos and satellite signal. We will avoid situations where IEBC is waiting for a returning officer somewhere is Mandera to deliver form 34 A before declaring results, this will save time. We all know how far Mandera is and saving the more than ten hours it takes to travel to Nairobi is important.

Elections exist so that a voter, any voter, can make a choice between more than 1 option . The notion in many African countries is that they are there to simply rubber stamp the incumbent on the basis of his/her incumbency is false. Elections are there to offer people a choice. Uhuru is the choice of many but so is Raila. You can even insert Aukot or Prof Wainaina into the mix, everyone has a right to vie for the highest office in the land, it's not a reserved position. The final result will simply be a reflection of those 10 million + individual choices. One's like or dislike of a particular candidate will not be tallied or transmitted, only your preference will.
My 2 cents.
