•Get time to Know your people, they can cause failure or success
•We may have these kind of people, to know them will increase productivity:
1 People with high skills but low will
2 People with low will but high skills
3 People with high skill and high will
4 People with low skills and low will
•Motivate, Encourage and Empower them
•Developing their knowledge and skill
•Grow with the people, and
•Let them feel that they are growing too
•Let them feel that we don’t care about profit only but also about them too.
•Share time to listen to store/floor people.
Don’t ever think and feel that after all that, your people will leave and join another company, NO because of the following reason;
The time you invest, Care, and advancement you give to your people, this is the marketing you are doing to your business for your internal customers, this way you will attract worthful, trustful and honest people to your organisation.
