Hili suala limeshazungumzwa sana kama huna uelewa na jambo fulani ni heri kutochangia Mada, sasa mkuu nae anashangaa $450,000 kwa appartment ya masaki, uhalisia ni kwamba zinanunuliwa hadi $1million...ndiyo sababu mwenzio kwenye comments juu aliona ni bei nzuri hadi akadiriki kusema ni bei ndogo, so ni vyema kufanya utafiti kabla ya kuchangia Mada.. Hakuna mtu mwenye uwezo wa kununua apartment pekee kwa hio hela. Wapo wenye hizo hela tena wengi ila sio apartment. You kidding me? Whats is this New York.
So much of properties in Dar es salaam are over priced in the way,the government is up to intervene the free market. Market is not free when interrupted but lets face the facts that the real estate in Tanzania especially in Dar is way overpriced
