5MW plant pia mnasifia? 😀😀😀 lol! ithere is a larger solar plant in Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya...the one in UG is 10MW...the kenyan one will be the biggest ever though not complete yet but there os great progress and it will be 55MW..isitoshe, kuna 12MW Nairobi ya Two Rivers Mall.....a 12MW plant serving one mall alone....jamaa unatia aibu nahizi 5MW

Its not the end. Bado tunajenga nchi. Huo ni mwanzo. Nimeweka hii thread makusudi ilimuweze kupumua cause kesho roho zitawauma tutapo kuwa tunazindua bomba. Sitaki muumie kama tembo.

Wakenya bila kuona over priced, over estimated project hawana raha. Kigoma ina watu 2.1million (census 2012), 5MW inatosha kwa mahitaji ya kawaida kwa familia zaidi ya 5000 tena is very cheap to run.

It depend with demand, at the moment that's what was needed but if they want more they can expand the project.

Two year ago we commissioned another larger project at university of Dodoma

Newly constructed 55MW solar power project in Tanzania commissioned

There is so much going on Tanzanian solar power front, you should visit this solar expo coming soon in Tanzania
