I would like to reply to a previous post on dual citizenship by one of the contributor, who said that the argument by the diaspora about the matter does not add up. Mine is that may be when we talk of the contribution of the diaspora we tend to think of big undertaking, but in reality wearetalking of ordinary Tanzanians who may be abroad working for international company, members of diplomatic body, students or religious who may believing foreign for a period of time in order to overcome the trouble of paying unnecessary fees for their stay may seek citizenship of that country, but more importantly that the little saving they do will bring to our country the much needed foreign currency and do so continuously while helping their family and relations. In some occasions, bring in foreign investor to build a classroom or drill a well in his or her village.
