A specilized tutorial for dyslexia kid is needed

I have a nephew at 5 and 1/2 yrs old , at this age he neither speaks nor writes even those simple words that his peer can do. His school management have told us that they don't need him any longer at their school.

I have read about dyslexia, i'm confident he has that dysfunction

He can hear propely and see properly ,his father had a masters degree in engineering and his mother hold a post graduate degree in finance . I doubt if he has a low IQ


But encouranging news is ,there succseful people with dyslexia like JFK, Albert einstein,Maxwell and Winston Churchill just to mension a few.
So it about how we support this kid !

Any advise where we should find a specialized tutorial for such a child in Dar es Salaam. The only place we know is IST but it too expensive for US .

We need altenatives please
