If Mr X is having an office and his billboard/Office Name Board fell in Mr Y's parked car due to the heavy winds overnite - Who will be Liable for the same ? Can the Owner of the Car Claim Insurance ? If the owner of the office has to compensate should he just repair the car or more than the repair charges ?

Hope some one can suggest in Tanzanian Law
