Gateway to Science Group is an academic group founded by 8 students from the University of Dar es salaam with the core aim of authoring the science and mathematics books for high school students in Tanzania following the lack of science and mathematics books written by local authors and which reflect the local environment.
Currently we are authoring two mathematics books which are Gateway to advanced mathematics 1 for form five and Gateway to advanced mathematics 2 for form six. It's our plan to publish and release Gateway to advanced mathematics 1 in August 2015, and the book will be available at relatively minimum price for anyone to afford.
The book will be the only book that contains all form five topics according to the current Tanzania syllabus, the book that contains well-chosen and solved examples and challenging exercises and the contents of the book are well organized and explained to help students and teachers to understand the concepts with less difficulties.
We therefore, profoundly honored and exceedingly humbled to invite all of you to extend your valuable advice, comments, suggestions and financial support to make this project viable. We also invite anyone who can help us in editing our works as well as anyone interested to join us in this project. You can email us at mathsgateway@gmail.com or visit our blog www.mathsgateway.blogspot.com or at mobile 0653132794| 0754 050345.
