Here is what always takes place actually;
We run this program as a team, and so we fix a timetable for individuals who are ready to take the lessons, once one confirms to take the lessons they have to specify the days on which they are free and the specific time.
Then we distribute the individuals to our team members, there the program starts, when a particular individual will be visited by one of our team members for home lessons. A student will be visited three up to four times in a week for the lessons depending on the free time they have.

let me drop my intention there !

You've sayed that ''time table will be fixed for a particular individual''

And it depend with individual free time !

The hell emerged there ! When an individual will have free time bit irrelevant with Team member free time ! How would they conduct lessons ?

E.g an individual will have a free time during evining or night ! Irrelevant with team member free time !

Back then am Just asking but its doesn't seem to be really really realistic !

It is real, and we have been doing this!
We always conduct the program during working hours,
from 08:00a.m to 4:00p.m except on Sundays.
So one must choose the time within the range given.
The reality is we can not afford to reach every one, so each time when we start the program, we plan to reach a certain fixed number of people, and when the number is reached we don't add any more students to avoid inconveniences.

With due respect, I wish to thank you for this useful information, but before I can go any further, may I know the duration of the whole program?

In addition to that, I would like to know which topics are going to be covered and, if possible, I think you should have listed them down. Do you mind my saying so?

This has been a continuous program, it is always there, however, a lot of changes happen during holidays, thats why each time when students have holidays we always refresh the program and fix the schedule so as to accomodate a certain fixed number of students and when the holiday season ends we twist the schedule to remain with the casual routine!
So one should understand that, when we say we commence the program, it doesn't mean the program was not there or is going to persist just for a moment, rather we mean we have made new arrangements to accomodate the students.

And the topics covered are all topics as per syllabus, however, a student is free to choose the topics to cover.
