Mad or something?

Who is a guardian in law?
A legal guardian acts as the primary caretaker of a child or minor. This person may be personally selected by the child's biological parents, or appointed by the court.Guardianship arrangements are necessary when a child's biological parents are unable to provide care.

Legal guardian

Most countries and states have laws that provide that (the parents of a minor child are the legal guardians of that child) , and that the parents may designate who shall become the child's legal guardian in the event of death, typically subject to the approval of the court. Where a minor child's parents are disabled or deceased, it may be necessary for a court to appoint a guardian...

Stop bringing propaganda to the stepped forward plain truth, there's no tournament here, the fact is straightforward guardian and parent in legal spectrum is South and West

Kenya you have to know the Internet in Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, Malawi, Zambia of course even in some places of Kenya is from Tanzania, Tanzania supplies and regulates Internet access to the whole region.
Joke of the century🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Can you prove this point please

A 7-10 year old cannot afford to read or write? Only in danganyika maybe

Why cant children own devices? Ama it is illegal TZ?
it's not illegal but that's the reality from the normal social status of any African country {developing countries} not only Tanzania, it's rare to find minors {majority of them} owning their own Internet devices though at school they may have computer labs or they may be aware of interacting with them through their parents or seniors devices, that's it.

But the idiot is always busy on what uhuru and jubilee are doing, so him to should be none of his business

It is non of my business, true. But Kenya beats Tanzania in nearly every positive aspect of development- my business.

Same with kenya, GoK banned use of mobile phones in school (Primary/ secondary school) And most parents do not buy for their kids phones untill they finish high school

Kenya is so funny, so after failing to provide laptops for every students without desks and class rooms now they banned volunteers who facilitate their own agenda which they have failed to deliver? 😁😁😁

Through the universal fibre optic backbone, Tanzania is the gateway to all those countries, we are controlling the flow of their Internet access from here.
