Investors can do that not gov ,just incase you didn't know Dar is growing very fast and this is not abt pop growth ,we have a plenty of roads which are uc recently ,SGR,remember our real estate Is worth $3bln ahead of you so what is your point??Nairobi will double u guys in a few years
