Out of curiosity after watching a video on YouTube on how some guys used to build solar cooker from a cement mold i decided to give it a try, but in my case my intention was to use it to track some fta goodies. So i decided to start with a small size and since i did have a mold i thought of the easiest way out. On my store i had a 90cm dsthieve dish which was lying idle. I used it as a mold itself. Below are some pics of the same.

NB: I must say this was just a diy project and i was prepared for any kind of results be it success or failure. Furthermore the 90cm i was using as a mold was just lying idle.

Then booom it worked like a charm...

Anybody nabbing Di$ on sabini na sita around kisii? Have lost them over a month now.

This is how Nigerians do it

Yea they first create a cement mold then they use fibre instead of cement because fibre is lighter. Through that they are able to make bud's of any size. Am not sure wether those chemicals and fibre resins used are readily available in Kenya.
Yes they are locally available, mostly in garages which do body works repair you can be directed where to get them. Good work πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

There is a company called Pultrusion Fibre Glass Limited based in thika..

They make fibre glass anything.. from truck bodies to flower pots.

Was wondering if they can be talked into making BUDs
