This is a charade that has been going on for some time now.For as long as KBSHEE, and govt,remain in bed with dishthief,the shenanigans are bound to persist.Sometime back,there were even some noises regarding how dishmwizi would be compelled to resell foota rights to the others, but in the end it all came to nought.Meanwhile KBSHEE's parastatal-induced mindset remains,making it lethargic ,moribund and bankrupt-forever on its knees pleading for money to even pay workers' salaries.Govt,on the other hand,is confused between trying to protect its incestuous relationship with dishthug and playing its supervisory role.Of course dissthug is happy with this arrangement because it can use govt machinery to bludgeon its competitors or anyone trying to threaten its interests.The consumers\ taxpayers are only required to be spectators as they get screwed right,left and center.
