It could be a setup/LNB type issue. You may also try adjusting LNB settings in your box. I was getting them in my Hellobox v5 plus (which I don't think is DVBS2X capable) and I still have them in [emoji93]Sat SR 90K.I use 8ft dish and I get all the KTN, IPP, TBC1,2 and Safari, KBC1 with Kiss.Signet alone refuses to log in

If you're using GT Media V8 finder, make sure SQ on KTN is above 54%

I have some issue with my new sr2000 hd extreme.
It tends to freeze with no response of any button from the remote until i switch it off and on.
