African Satellite World and Sat Gear

51.5e maybe a temporary solution for you ( NASA TV,Disc, ZDocu, BBC £arth, Nat G & Nat G wild + others, All FTA) but for consistency,as fellas have advised get a 4rever- enabled device.

Thanks though the problem with 51.5E is that it's 9jas' and won't last long, they're the migratory gurus. Then one day some channels are there, tomorrow wanashtukwa zinatolewa. But you have noted that it's temporal.

It's a STARSAT X1 EXTREME RECEIVER.
IT IS FOR SALE , USED FOR ONLY THREE MONTHS, AND PUT DOWN TO REST DUE TO NECCESARY MOVEMENT . CAME BACK ON THE LAST DAYS OF THE ACCOUNT EXPIRY DATE. ONLY YOU NEED IS TO RECHARGE THE ACCOUNT.
PRICE Tsh160,000. ..
Call this number if you are in TZ ,AND IF YOU NEED IT... 0683292424, to speak with the OWNER. .. OR 0789269731 coordinator if you unluckily miss the owner.View attachment 1956511View attachment 1956512View attachment 1956510View attachment 1956513View attachment 1956509

I do make fun of them that they must be using a "frequency hoping" security/ encryption system..
This is a type of encryption where you Change the broadcast frequency (and satellite in this case) so often that whoever is trying to intercept the communication gives up on keeping tuning to your constantly changing frequencies (as we have).
Its used in mobile telephony.

Relatable freq "hopping"... which calls for occasional alignment of our setups. And the way I lack time to mount to the roof, if only I had a motorized setup I would try them, else I will stay put.

That's the downside, I switched on my TV set today and encountered guardians with flaming swords @51.5 this morning[emoji16] ( But it's all clear this evening), 4rever is your lifelong partner.

Those said channels at 51.5°E have been free for a while... not the work of forever server.

The satellite can also be nabbed in Mombasa using ku band 130cm offset or 6ft prime focus comfortably.
we get them in Southern Africa on 60cm via36e. signal is much stronger than the dstv channels. cccam & scam+ has always rolled them since 2012 same.

76 e is now officially a ghost town.
Too bad. I remember buying two brand new LNBs Eurostar ES21 Gold Plus and Pauxis PX2000 for this sat..

The hunting ground is now exclusively forever Ku.
Only Jeshi remains on Cband.

Exactly. Good are the ol days when this sat was the pride of ASAS members. Having 64,68 and 76 all together was such a big deal.
