Sorry It is a10 ft dish. The satellite has both Ku and C band. I am using Eurostar ES-777Gold LNB 15 k.

Hi Freddygaz, is yours 3G/4G or 3G/3.75G? I was able to solve it after login to the router mgt page, did some adjustment and did firmware later

They're not necessarily inactive, just look at the beam/footprint of a particular tp (in conjunction with satbeams.com) for a much clearer picture. Thing is, as with almost all other sats, not all tps are receivable everywhere. For instance the tp 11843H that is intended for the Nordic region is unlikely to be receivable in Sub-Saharan Africa.
