Air Tanzania 2017 Losses - $50 Million

Despite operating only 2 airplanes, this has been Air Tanzania's financial situation for the last few years.

2014/15 - Tsh 94.3 billion ($41 million)
2015/16 - Tsh 109.3 billion ($48 million)
2016/17 - Tsh 113.8 billion ($50 million)

Their new dreamliner has been leased from the Tanzanian government (which borrowed the cash). Meaning ATCL will be paying to use it.
Which means the losses will only get worse.

The problem with Tanzania is that public companies don't publish their books, and when they do, they are buried.
The backward media does not ask questions, and the 'enlightened' JF members are only interested in the financial results of Kenyan companies.

It took a courageous MP to reveal this information about ATCL.

In a shorter amount of time, Kenya has built 114 pillars in Nairobi National Park alone. And the pillars on Kenya's SGR are wider, taller, stronger and more imposing.
