Really amazing mathematics!. A small challenge to this! where does % comes from. As long as sum of all the numbers representing the letters is 351, then HARD-WORK makes approximately 27.9% and ATTITUDE makes 28.4%. 'Amazing mathematics' with reality is more amazing!!! Watch out, LAZINESS makes 105% by your approach!

BTW...
How in the earth will you obtain percentage by just adding numbers?
We obtain percentage by multiplying the fractional change to 100. For example; the word HARDWORK carries an alphabetical value of 98 while the total value for all alphabets A-Z is 351. The percentage is obtained by taking a fractional change i.e (98/351) x 100 =approximated value of 28%.
