Dear Raila Amolo Odinga,

RE : OPEN LETTER TO RAILA AMOLO ODINGA

I , citizen number 25272613 ,has been your ardent supporter for a while now. I voted for you in 2007. In my heart of hearts I believe you won then. Unfortunately, I don't have that feeling this time round.

As a student of statistics, I humbly read the trends of what the numbers are saying and sincerely the writing is on the wall. We may want to see things not as they are but as we are and that will be a bad intellectual mistake. I know you have urged us to keep hope alive. Sometimes however, we have to admit that the pulse is no more and we know better than torture hope.

I urge you to graciously concede that we fought a good fight but that the good was not good enough. This thing is not worth us spilling blood for; again. Let me take this opportunity to congratulate our 4th President elect of the Republic of Kenya, Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. You are going to be the president of all of us. Your supporters or otherwise. Keep that in mind.

Meanwhile, Mr Raila, this is your opportune time to become our very own Nelson Mandela and show us your real democratic credentials by giving up your personal ambitions for the sake of this country I know you love very much.
Fate may have it that you were poised to be more powerful than the thin boundaries of the 'presidency' may have accorded you. May God grant you wisdom to take the road less taken. Your humble supporter, with much sadness but with renewed hope that Kenya is bigger than you and I.

In the perspective of Kenyan politics, most if not all of the upporters of Odinga in particular and CORD in general have their names beginning with letter O. You are introducing yourself as Nyakundi Jay, which sounds like a Kikuyu name, the dominant tribe in you Kenya and the tribe of H.E. Honorable Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. Consequently, as a practicing statistician, my conclusion is that, you are not Mr. Odinga's supporter.
 
Nyakundi Jay, either you are Raila's supporter or not, please consider yourself as a looser for Raila is winning this election.
Shame on you though.

Uh U sounded like KENYATTA FOLLOWER to me; After all scam done by Kenyatta 's chain of commands still you don't see Unfairness???? OK then The NEW KATIBA talks about PEOLE'S LAND; Majority of Leaders or who are seeking Leadership right now their Parents or Uncle's were given LAND by the BRITISH to give it to the PEOPLE of KENYA; The LAND ENDS up to the HANDS of the cream of Kenya's Independent Leadership such as Mzee Jomo Kenyatta; and his GANG

So, Do you think IF or WHEN UHURU KENYATTA is to become a KENYA's PReSDENT will he give back some of his vast 7,000 Hectars of Land to his PEOPLE ??? NYAKUNDI JAY!!!

I am Tanzanian; these stop election/erections should start to be sensible and give the true picture of the wish of the voters and not LYING STATISTICS. There are too many discrepancies to be allowed to constitution the validity of the exercise.
 
This has nothing to do with land the people have decided it will be Uhuru. Raila has served the people of Kenya as Prime minister. People who can not accept defeat should never be in the race in the first place. The country is more important than Odinga and his Ego just so he can be on a bank note.
Even before the counting is complete he was crying wolf.samahani but people now understand politics and you can see Ntimama is out and the likes of Sonko are in.
