When the sun dips low on the horizon's haze,
We, the citizens, shall stand inquiring,
For the fruits of leadership, ever aspiring.
2. "At the End of Days, We Shall Inquire,"
With hearts aflame and eyes of fire,
To seek the truths beneath the veils,
And uncover the tales that leadership trails.
3. In the tapestry of promises spun,
By leaders beneath the blazing sun,
We find the threads of hope and dream,
Yet, are they woven in truth's gleam?
4. From the depths of campaign cries,
To the heights where governance lies,
We traverse the valleys and the peaks,
In search of the leadership that speaks.
5. Transparency, like a crystal stream,
Shall reflect the deeds unseen,
For in the waters of honesty's flow,
True leaders' integrity shall glow.
6. With compassions' gentle touch,
Leaders heal wounds that hurt so much,
They listen to the whispers in the night,
And bring solace to souls in plight.
7. But as the journey nears its end,
We gather, not as foe, but friend,
To ask the questions that must be told,
And judge the stories that leaders unfold.
