East Africa: Situation Worsening for Horn of Africa's Children, Warns UN Agency
This article states, among other things, that humanitarian workers (presumably attempting to bring aid to the horn of Africa) are becoming the victims of attacks by armed groups. I assume these attacks are politically motivated, but understand little about the situation. Why does this happen, and who are the armed groups?
