Basically, you should have clarified much powers in what sense, as AG is not acting or exercising powers under Minister so do the Minister. Essentially, both are fraternal twins as they are all presidential appointee, part of parliament and executive only serve in different office
Among other things the constitution has established that, AG and minister (through cabinet) are advisory bodies to the president (see Article 54) they are under the same chain of command and no one can hold another accountable except a president
As matters of powers, there could be slight differences but is not so clear as to say who is bigger than the other unless you could have been very specific in criteria, example AG is ex officio he is part of parliament and cabinet just by virtue of his position which he only need to be appointed by a president unlike a minister who not only need to be appointed but also elected. Save for member of parliament who are elected by president. Indeed the principal advisory body of the president is the cabinet according to the aforementioned provision the AG is part thereto but his powers are less than ministers as he is not entitled to vote in meeting.
This is to say, in some circumstances Minister assume more powers than AG and vice versa as given example above[emoji115] but something to note is that before elected president could appoint the cabinet he first and foremost appoint the AG
