Tanzanian moneybags Azam FC have completed the signing of Kenyan International striker Allan Wanga on a one-year deal. This was made official on Tuesday 21 July, 2015 when he put pen to paper on his contractuals with the club infront of club officials, amongst others at the headquarters of the Bakhresa Group of Companies in Mzizima, Dar es Salaam.
Head Coach Stewart Hall has expressed delight after acquiring the services of the experienced striker saying his other forwards will learn a lot from him.

"Allan Wanga is a very experienced striker and we have very young players in our squad. We need a proper balance of youth and experienced players and Wanga will help a lot," Hall told Soka.
"He has gone back to Kenya to get his personal belongings and we hope to have him join us by this Saturday. He is not fully fit and he'll have to work really hard to be at par with the other players," he added.
Wanga on his side expressed joy at securing the deal and promised to work extra hard.
"Im really happy that I've joined a good club that is on the upward trajectory. However this calls for a lot of hard work and Im willing to put in extra effort to ensure I do well at Azam," Wanga said after the signing.
Bidvest Wits
"I was a bit disappointed after work permit issues denied me the opportunity to join South African side Bidvest Wits but Azam is equally a big club and I'm looking forward to enjoying my stay in Tanzania," he added.
Azam have also expressed has also expressed interest in Gor Mahia forward Michael Olunga.
