Uber wamesitisha huduma kutokana na regulations mpya za LATRA. Binafsi ingekuwa jambo la busura kuacha market forces kudetermine wanataka nini. Kama Uber wanachukuwa 25% na wewe unaona ipo juu basi nenda to another operator.

At the moment quality of services being provided by remaining operators and condition of their vehicles leaves much to be desired.

Kaa fatilia vizuri hii issue. Latra imezitaka kampuni hizi zote za tax mtandao zipunguze commission mpaka 15%. Uber alkuwa ana charge 31% bolt alkuwa ana charge 23.5% baada ya madereva kulalamika kwa miaka mingi kuhusu haya makato latra wakaja na kuwaambia kampuni zote zishushe hizo commission mpaka 15%.

Uber wakaona hawawezi wakaamua kujitoa na kujitoa kwao wamejitoa kwenye upande wa magari tu bodaboda na bajaji bado wanaendelea kwakuwa upande huo latra haikuwalazimisha kushusha commission.

As a driver you are not forced kubaki Uber. Kama commission zipo juu unaondoka unaenda kwenye commission ndogo. Wapo operators wengine. Uber wakikosa drivers watashusha commission wenyewe au they will close shop. Period.

Madereva wa Uber na Bolt ni hao hao ila sema kwa sasa service zinaweza kushuka chini sababu Uber walikuwa kuna vitu wanafuatilia sana, na hii ikawa inapelekea madereva kujaribu kumantain the same level of professinalism hata waki switch kwenye app nyingine
