True lakini unajua Uganda waliongeza bajeti aslimia 23% kulinganisha na mwaka wa kifedha uliopita na Tz iliongeza asilimia 3% tu. Maybe Uganda's proportion of debt to GDP imepanda juu zaidi pia sababu wamekopa zaidi to finance this budget.Ukiangalia vizuri unao Uganda hawako mbali na Tzn
