the court jailed them, and the appeal court freeid then 24hrs later, No one should blame or insult the judiciary for anything, they are an independent institution
the judges have told teachers to end strike before and the teachers complied, the they have told kenya airways workers union -who in my opinion is one of the sttongest union in kenya, and they complieid....... There is freedom for every union to call industrial action but sometime the courts intervene, or else there will never be order if courts arent allowed to interveen, thats why most union workers are protected when they strike , the govt cant fire them, because the court protect them........Hehehe Kafrican Kuwa serious
