Mahakama imetoa hukumu leo kuhusu kesi ya udhalilishaji wa ngono ambao mchezaji wa zamani wa Manchester City, Benjamin Mendy anahusishwa kufanya na wanawake nchini Uingereza.

Mahakama imemkuta Benjamin Mendy kutokuwa na hatia yoyote na hivyo kumuachia huru mchezaji huyu wa Ufaransa.

Mchezaji huyo ameishukuru Mahakama kwa kufanya kazi kubwa kufatilia ushahidi wa matukio haya badala ya kusikiliza uzushi unaoibuliwa na wanawake hao ambao inasemekana alifanya kitendo hicho mwaka 2020, akishtakiwa kuwabaka wanawake wawili, mmoja akiwa na miaka 24 na mwingine akiwa na miaka 29.
