You seem to have a problem confusing issues.
America lost their manufacturing jobs to China by design not by accident. Those jobs pay less than a 1$..It’s not economically feasible to support low wages when the govt has set a minimum wage of $7.75 per hour.
Germany is not a socialist country, there’s a healthy balance between healthy capitalism and social programs by the govt (free healthcare, wage support for the poor, free education).
Germany is one of the world's great capitalist countries, along with Japan, France, England, and South Korea, to name only a few. The defining characteristics of a capitalist society are the ownership of private property, wages, capital accumulation (not being restricted by law as to owning more, growing one's wealth or industry), and a competitive marketplace.
A critical difference between capitalist and socialist societies is the notion of "production for profit" rather than "production for use." Capitalist societies produce goods and services to be exchanged for money or other forms of capital. Mercedes, a German company, makes cars and sells them all over the world, especially in America and Europe. If Mercedes was just producing for utility, they would only produce as many cars as they needed personally to get around. But since they are in a competitive market, producing for profit, they must fight to sell as many cars as possible for the best prices.
Competition is driven by needs and demands of consumers. Am sure BMW & Mercedes would be out of business if the govt capped their profits and distributed the wealth made by this companies.
Lastly, All the counties you are name dropping were under the Soviet Union wave that took over most of Eastern Europe. This countries including Russia quickly dropped socialism & Maxism and have adopted capitalism
