It appears Total has no money to finance the project, and it's main lenders are all dropping out one by one, thanks to environmental activists in Europe.
Is EACOP facing the same fate as US Keystone pipeline project?
Perhaps Tanzania and Uganda should invest more on diplomacy instead of mocking Kenya for wasting money on 'foreign trips'.
It would be a shame if such a project was brought down by some college hippies with placards.
