There are no fixed deadlines, all scholarships and fellowships in Denmark are advertised on a daily basis.
In Denmark Ph.D. students, MS Researchers, and Postdoc are all considered employees and are given employment contracts not students.
Every PhD student's stipend in Denmark is equal to the Marie Curie PhD stipend.
I don't have personal experience but got to know from Pakistani students that it's very easy for PhD and PostDoc to get Danish nationality.
GRE is not required at all.
IELTS are mostly waived-off.
Most importantly, these positions are comparatively less competitive because they are not widely advertised. Only those people who came to know about these positions regularly visit websites and keep themselves updated.
Currently, some 500+ positions are open, go get them.
