• Bachelor Degree holder in Education
• Commitment to a 3 week training in Dar es Salaam
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teachers and secondary school students
• Excellent written and spoken English Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with proficiency in productivity tool
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• 35 years and below
