Hi JF!!!,
Najisikia vema nishare some important business tips with those interested in business, as for today read the following:
Everyone wants more customers but some customers
are just not worth it.
You should "sack" some of your customers.
What !! I hear you say.
Usually, you'll spend 80% of your time on 20% of your
customers - and those 20% are the ones that won't give
you long term success.
You know the ones.
So sack them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Make sure you have provided everything that you agreed to do
first though - but have a look through the customers that
you are spending most time on.
Do you need them ?
do you know what to do next?
whether you are about to start your business or you have already in it go and build a better business.
