Hi members & Guests!
As the title would explain, Caligynephobia is the clinical term for an irrational fear of beautiful women. A person may experience Caligynephobia because of personal trauma or as part of larger issue, such as social anxiety disorder.

The word "Caligynephobia" comes from the Greek root word Kalos & Gyne, meaning "beautiful woman".

The symptoms include:
1, Sudden feeling of disdain,
2, Sweating, sweaty palms,
3, Feeling like pulling teeth,
4, Nausea, fainting, sense of dread,
5, Tongue tied syndrome – domo zege,
6, Irregular heartbeat,
7, A tight squeeze inside the chest,
8, Shortness of breath, rapid breathing, feeling of discomfort, being nervous et al.

Causes of Caligynephobia:
1, Intense negative experience from the past (although not always),
2, Poor self image,
3, Giving too much power to women et al.
How to overcome Caligynephobia:
1, Don't use drugs, only they suppress the symptoms,
2, Break that cycle of negative thinking,
3, Exposure therapy & desensitization,
4, You are the only one with influence to change your perceptions.
Hmmm, have you ever heard of this problem before? If yes, let's share experience with you.

Oh la-la! It is believed through many ancient sources that Adam got this phobia once he saw Eve! Could you image how Adam felt when, after looking upon every living thing created thus far, finally beheld the FIRST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN!!!
Oops, there was a sense of terror in him too!
Do you get nervous, may be even terrified, whenever you‘re around pretty woman?
Are they like an alien species to you?
