Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients by making outbound calls and presenting our range of products
- Assist clients in placing orders through our online platform
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our system
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies
- Must be based in Nairobi or Mombasa
- Fluency in both English and Swahili (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong internet connection and a laptop with a high-speed processor
