Calm down, Kenyans; Tanzania is flying!

So who is hypocrite here us Tanzanians with Obama Drive as a reward for his proven humanity track record as far as medicare for all his citizens back home and power Africa for us Africans! Or a productive day wasted out of ego, flamboyancy and unfounded cum forced lineage full of nepotism cum opportunism mind in anticipation of special favor out of ur cynicism mentality just because Obama snr donated sperm there and deserted the by product of that sperm? BTW if u tell me why a hospital is named after Lucy Kibaki then I will tell u who u r...

We do not need any favor from Obama,,,he cannot do anything or benefit Africa,,leave
alone Kenya.

We should stop behaving like little children,,let's Africa wakes up and grow up.

Obama visited only three countries of Africa and left,,,,so what???? what
did Tanzania,,Senegal or S Africa got out of his visit??????Wacheni mchezo.

Completely none,,,and here,,people are wrestling over things which
even do not concern,,,,,them.

It is Kenya which lost so much when Obama became the US prezzo.

It is very hard for Kenyans to travel,,these days to US,,,our documents
goes through ,,,so much under tight scrutiny,,,it has never happened,,
ever before.

And i say,,,US is no heaven, and,,,if it is,,i do not need or refuse to go to heaven
for i was born in Kenya, lives in Kenya and will die here,,hapa hapa.

So,,let Obama be what he is,,the president of US and fighting for
US interest and will never ever spent even a second fighting for
Tanzanian interest,,,watu msijidanganye,, for that is Kikwete's
job and in Kenya,,it is Uhuru's job to make sure that Kenya is
being taken care of.

So,,,let Africa wakes up and live,,,, stop behaving like,,infants.:embarrassed1::embarrassed1:

Let the Africans stop looking or waiting for free bees,,,let Tanzanians wakes
up and build Tanzania and not wait for Obama's to do that,,,,ng'oooooo,,,
wanakutembeleeni kuona nini watanyakua na hapa umefurahi saaaaaaaana,,
eti umetembelewa,,,,hebu kaeni skwea,,,,, mabro na ma sis,,, jipeni shughuli.

It was just a single day and at least we had more reason since he has Kenyan roots. You're naming a road after him that will stay for centuries yet he's not even related to Tz.

The road can be renamed dude!
But the single day that Kenyans had as a holiday after Obama's win will never be forgotten!!!

Wengi hawana imani kuwa EAC political federation is sonn going to become a reality. Juzi pale uhuru alipofika kumuona kikwete, it was for the simple reason of discussing uwezekano wa muungano huo....kwa kweli wengi hua wanapiga domo, lakini hawaoni ishara...Watanzania wanapomwona obama akisimama TZ wanadhani kikwete is a puppet of the west. you have failed to read even your president

TZ's vulnerabilty or phobia of EAC seems to exist even now at the mere mention of the federation...

...Pili, kuwepo kwa bunge kama EALA ni ishara tosha EAC is inching closer towards a political federation....watanzania wanachostahili kujiuliza ni, is TZ going to become the next DRC congo??...Roho safi ya tanzania will be allowing enough meddling in the coming days from the international community...Marekani must ensure they preapare out their proxy as fast as possible before the federation comes into existence....

....it is recalled that TZ and kenayn politicians that were more outspoken than the three presidens that introduced the federation broke the first EAC in 1977 sighting wide differences in economic development between the three countries...
...the truth is kenya might have lagged economically since then due to the sometime prevalent existence of poor leadership and corruption and countries like Tanzania and uganda economies might have grown steadily since then...
....the difference and the gap therefore of economic disparities btwn the EA states might have reduced since then....which might not be the issue any more....
....Nakumbuka marehemu idi amin dada alipatia Tz bara kule kagera kionjo cha bughudha na hii tu ilikuwa ishara na kuonyesha howTZ (a very big country) was highly vulnerable then by putting a whole battalion into action just to avert a small threat from (a small country) uganda..........You recall When museveni wanted to annex migingo, did kenya swing into a knee-jerk reaction??...

...That is the reason why TZ leaned more towards the SADC because it avails a mutual defence pact that states a threat to a member state is a threat to all member states. In short they were seeking a big brother as defensive security CC JokaKuu

hawa bana uliowataja have various interests in the west

. Bill Clinton
...George Bush
...Barack Obama
...Tony Blair
..Xi Jinping
...Shinawatra

Nelson.Mandela.... 1990 baada ya kufunguliwa jela
kaja haraka Tz kutoa shukrani

Nelson mandela toured kenya after his release

Tusidangnyike, these men also had very close connections and private interest in DRC and right now TZ is being used as friendly proxy by the west to safeguard the private interests in congo.

I think it would be more useful to discuss the benefits of the current preferential status that Tanzania is enjoying than letting this degenerate into a chest-thumping exercise that raises more bile than thought. How does the citizen benefit from this new scenario? What opportunities exist for the youth in the new dispensation? How can this new-found 'wealth' be shared? Simply bragging about the perceived sizes of our nether regions is simply a waste of a good forum.

Neither of the contenders on this thread appears in the list of top ten African countries for investment!

http://afkinsider.com/1511/top-african-countries-for-investment/

Kabaridi,

..hapo umekosea kidogo kuhusu SADC na defence protocal waliyonayo.

..Tanzania did not joing SADC seeking protection frm the big brother.

..When Frontline States/SADC defence protocal was established, Tanzania was the big brother.

..majeshi ya Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, yote yamejifunza hapa Tanzania wakati wa liberation war.

..Maraisi wa Mozambique, na Angola, at one time lived as refugees in Tanzania.

..It started with OAU --> Southern Africa Liberation Committee --> Frontline States[with defense protocal] --> SADC[economic coorperation].

pardon my cynicism but kwanza help us distinguish, first, who is to benefit?? is it the interests of, you as a contender or their interest?? nothing is always free.... I do not expect the good people in this forum to pursue discussing the current hypocrisy that is bedeviling the west where all objectivity is thrown out the window when it comes to dealing with Africa...In the name of preferential treatment

First, you gonna rid yourself of the naivety you are expressing....African governments have become twice as greedy than before.....were it not so then Development Africa is currently would have reached a high mark..unless we redefine what type of cooperation and preference TZ is enjoying is it the doubled loans aid packages?? trade of local raw materials and resources via suspicious offshore international companies and businesses by local politicians??..this is the current discussion that we should be engaging...not just visitations! because just the plain discussion about personal;ities and worshiping presidents from America aka bush and obama and leaders from the asian tigers is getting void and useless.

Secondly, It is not simply about just the youth, it is about development positively affecting everyone...In any country, citizens can only benefit indirectly from preferential treatment and economically offered by the western governments, directly through their government...So, far so good there have been many deals including bilateral deals that have been entered since the past two decades between African governments and international government, but you see, it has failed to uplift the status of the citizen,

Thirdly, it also requires independent outlook and thinking, of all the posts i have read in this thread i have not seen any that shows how Tanzania will benefit from the current preferential treatments....i just see an over-emphasis and re-empasizing that OBAMA snubbed kenya

...there are many points to delve into in post number 274..unless you think it is useless..next time when you see any post that i post just ignore...

With much respect kaka I was not directly referring to you. It is just frustrating how soon a forum degenerates into meaningless wrangles about which country is supposedly greater than the other and the gist of the original thread is lost. I am a bit 'naive' in politico-economic matters and that is why it is frustrating when my lessons here are being interrupted because I log in to read and learn from the discussions here.

How do we rid ourselves of the post-colonial shackles that still keep us enslaved and which make us rejoice at the prospect of a Western visitor? Would we celebrate as much if say, Nigeria's Angote visited the region? Would he even be noticed?

Geza Ulole, does TZ have nothing more than the great kilimanjaro and the forest of the serengeti
