I am online based travel marketer working with hotels and resorts on social media management and online reputation management.
I have been working with some property sales managers online through Fiverr.com on short term basis on creating their social media strategy, building their reputation plan and helping to optimise their sites to improve their direct bookings . At the moment, I have helped two resorts( Farilaki in Rhodes City and Webergasse in St. Gallen City) and one online travel agency (San Diego, CA).
What I Do?
1. Social Media Management.
I work with only 5 platforms at the moment; Facebook, Twitter, Google plus, Pinterest and Instagram.
I create your campaign goals and action plans. Build your schedule calendar and content map. Posting and interacting with the content. Building target keywords and hashtags to follow. And measuring your campaign reach and engagement.

2. Online Reputation Management
I cover reputation monitoring, reputation survey and reputation marketing.
I aggregate all reviews found on reviews sites, booking sites, meta search, social networks and travel forum sites. I track all mentions about your brand on social networks. I provide reviews response plan and templates on each type of review. I create customized guest survey based on key metrics (on-site surveys in brochure or forms ready to print). And conducting sentiment analysis.

MY REQUEST
I am looking for any volunteer who can help me to connect with hoteliers or resort managers for social media management or online reputation management job. Hotel/resort where I can express my skills and motivations. Especially those want to take bookings online themselves, those want to cut down their commissions they pay to travel agents and GDS channels.
I can help to build everything from the start.
