It is no surprise that the man charged with combating hate speech is a tribalist! This is the legacy that Kibaki leaves behind! A divided nation with weakened institutions where appointments are made based on one's allegiance to tribe and not the Nation.
In this audio Mzalendo (He should be known as Msaliti) Kibunja declares "Kikuyu Kazi!", makes a rather idiotic argument about the just concluded elections, in a display of arrogance makes a rather demeaning mention of Tanzania and laughs sheepishly at insults hurled at Luos!
