In my thinking ,the things below could help our country to improve in its economy,bussness,democracy,rule of law, healthcare, livelihood of it's people ,agriculture secture, and many more
Good gorvenance .The way public institutions do conduct public affairs and manage public resources,the process of decision-making and the process by which decisions are implemented (or not implemented) is very crucial for our country development and have direct impact on investment,human rights and civil liberties, economy,rule of law and many other.
At certain extent we not there due to prevelence of corruption, mis use of taxes ,mis use powers etc and the actions taken are not convincible ,making a change on gorvernance by having clearly participation, rule of Law,fighting,corruption,transparency, responsiveness, consensus oriented, equity and inclusiveness, effectiveness plus efficiency, and Accountability could take us somewhere good.
Idealistic politics encoded with action's and understandability.Politians regardless of their parties could direct their efforts in new findings, ideas, options, alternative's that could stir changes rather than unnecessary tensions and leaders should be understandible in choices upon new findings, ideas, options and alternatives present/offered as black is black and white is white and always the right or best thing could be seen,then encode their choices with full actions for positive changes to happen.
Creative thinking and questioning.The world in now days relays more on brain ( mind ) to bring an impact as marked by one pan africanist" P.L.O LUMUMBA" of Kenya saying " always the battle have been the battle of minds" implying that the better the mindset the better the impact could be bought in sectors of concern,if Tanzanian's especially top politians go down on deep thinking and questioning themselves to understand where we came from ,where we are going,mistakes done ,ways to pass to our goal ,which is best and the fastest way to go with,ways used by others on the past,ways used by others right now, what could we improve ,what are we not doing , and many many thouthand's of questions and upon getting their answers an impact could be bought.
Joining dots.Forexample in our country as said by Hon president SAMIA SULUHU HASSAN during it's first speech in parliament, our famers do produce only 2 tons of maize per hacter instead of potentially 8 tons per hacter. The causes is poor soil fertility ,poor agricultural/agronomic practices ,poor use of skilled agricultural and extension personnel, dependency on mercy of God for rainfall,poor pest and diseases control ,etc but on the other hand there's a lot of jobless individuals in agriculture sector seeking jobs ,agrovet/business people do still need to sell to get more,organic manures and composting material plus water are too enough in our country,soil lab personnel are not enough with soil samples,quality and standards people, transportation sector ,marketing personell will be involved for expected high yield and a lot more,So joining dots for this could provide more than 100,000 direct and inderect job, more income to involved ones ,more taxes and many more (it's not necessary that government should employ but joining those to bring impact ).Joining dots for other things and between different sectors could bring positive drastic change in our country.
Assigning heavy load/works on rational,skilled ,serious and impact oriented instutes,entities or individuals who could help bring a positive impact on the economy ,bussness and overall livelihood of citizen's.Example instute like TAHA(Tanzania Horticulture Association) have exopusure plus experience on production and marketing of horticultural crops and time to time they do give a tip on what is needed on exports markets with quality requirements,land could be given free for investing in our country, Horticulture graduates are jobless, water is plenty in our country, organic fertilizer such as hakika are available, agricultural bank/ministry/government could help in capital and many more , putting more than 5000 individual under such instution for external markets production could help to provide job ,foreign currency,improve livelihood of involved and money circulations into individuals etc.
Copying and pasting with improvement's.The one discovered cars ,phones etc could not stop others to make it but they made it switched a little bit to make a difference and when copied with added features or improvement sounds goods,tools like manual rice transplanter ( many other could be copied and made in our country and create employment to individuals ,lowering price to more than half as cost for transport and double taxes are removed , simplifying work and make a change in agriculture, also copying with improvement in different areas could lead to technological advancement
Sharing capital.few individual's tried to launch projects and convinced people to be part of it to strengthen project capital and share the profits gained from the project and they were shut down such as Mr kuku kuku due to restrictions/laws on our country,a government could create a sound system by takling it's setbacks and allow things to be done right and at large scale to provide job and improve livelihood of all involved ,overall tax base and money circulations.
Education.The education provided should aim in providing what is present needed on forecasted timely manner within a country and wordwide in general.Making a positive changes in our education and providing skills that are needed in nowdays world or on near future cold help us make changes in most sectors like mining ,technology, health,etc also creating competitive skilled personel for our country and world in general bringing positive economic changes and better life to individual.
Transformation.Our country could drastically change the economy and it's associates when the government will do serious large scope transformation in different sector such as agriculture sector,fishing sector and others, and that's is one after another.developed countries like China and many ueropean countries started with agriculture transformation followed by industrial revolution which have shown to improve those countries economies.
Money circulations.The more money circulate under profit into individuals the more taxes are collected ,more income to involved ones and many more ,the collected money should be returned back to citizens by priotizing projects to citizens also private sector should be structured in way that there will be more money circulations. Banking should be priotized to give banks more capital for loans which could bring new businesses or increase their scope and hence more money into people hands.
Making moves.When your people do are not moving move them,if can't see opportunities show them,if changes are needed convince them etc.Moves triggered in food oil made by government is a good example but a lot more are waiting as our roads are still builded by Chinese and outside companies where efforts can be made to change that and many many others.
All money borrowed should be directly invested in short term money generating services which could pay loans and generate profit for our country rather than services such as education where reaping from it requires longer periods.Example if you borrow money to build fertilizer industry,the return could be seen very soon as all over east African countries do import fertilizers.
Targeting final markets.Although the efforts are seen in reaching different varied markets world wide ,still there more efforts needed to completely remove chains and middle man's and our produce could go directly into final markets as the way we do market our avocados in Europe,some exertnal companies buy cashew nuts repark and brand them and sell it into final markets,doing it by ourselves will help to get more income and create more employment opportunities.
Changes comes with a price and the one's to pay that price is us.
