💡It has been a great moment getting opportunity to brag a little bit on my views commeting on Tanzania which lives in my imaginations.
It is not wisdom to blame for what has already happened, but thinking on how to escape it next round is a blessing, everthing goes well with the presence of PEACE. Staying with freedom from disquieting or oppressive thought or emotions is what I mean by the word peace, non-violence, practise of law and order all these are some of its components.
💡There have been a wave of bad deeds currently such as killings, robbery, hatred, online money laundering and so many others but all these are flourishing and they worsen the condition, many Tanzanians are suffering from fear nowadays compared to previous time where people used to address everyone around them as relative.
The following might be possible causes of the lost peaceful atmosphere in our nation
* Poverty: whereby this is a worse condition occuring when an individual fails to acquire all his or her basyc needs appropriately. Due to this, many Tanzanian youth falls into a wave of illegal doings, some commit robbery and sometimes they even kill for the sake of earning so that they can attain a living. This leads to lack of peace among citiziens
* Hatred and jealousy: These are not inborn factors but they are influenced by our surroundings, the people who you take them as yours close ones have a big affect on challenging you on this side. Once you hate a person you can do whatever it takes to remove him or her out of your life, so accompaning with people who have negative support can become a reason of holding hostility and eargness of revenge.
* Difficult circumstances: Some people loose peace and confidence due to tough scenarios which face them, it can either be inter or intra personal conflict, this is normally caused by things like job separation, misunderstandings among people as well as natural disasters like electic shock which may unluckly lead to burnt house and other belongings.
💡Lacking peace creates a dreadful mind through which it may also affect day to day activities. We get to hear sad news daily, people tend to commit sinful acts for the sake of finding peace. While some commit suicide, others even kill, and other people do strange things.
🎶How is peace to be maintained in a society full of dark minded people?
How is happiness to be maintained in the presence of people who lack caring?🎶
💡According to my level of understanding, I think we should save the society firstly by we citizens to become ready to make a step to fight for our well being, a change is not to be brought by one or two people, but by the entire society, after realizing what chase away peace then we should stand to eradicate the source. Then after implementing our responsibilities of fighting for peace, the government can see the light on where to focus inorder to support its citizens. Let us become a better version of ourselves, do not be at peace seeing your dear ones going out of line. If we who have energy and ability to save the lost ones decide to passionately do, then we can save the nation.
💡Do not be afraid or feel ashamed of becoming a good advisor to your friend because it is you who can do that and not anyone else who has no such a close relation with the victim.
💡On the other hand, leaders should also sacrifice to be accountable to their people who had a strong belief in them, they should rely more to continue seeking for trust and serve the citizens in a better way for their wellbeing, peaceful minds can concentrate well even in production processes hence increasing country's GDP. But " how can a retail enterpreneur who got robbed on the way to purchase goods to the wholesaler continue with the routine with that fear? "," how can a bussinessman or woman save money peacefully in mobile phone networks (M-pesa, halopesa, tigopesa etc) while he or she had already faced network line theft? "
💡So peace maintenance depends on both citizens and government in such a way that, while citizens practise their responsibilities of protecting peace, the government gets a room for fulfilling people's rights of freedom. Government should emphasize and open a condusive environment for peace fighting organizations to facilitate and implement exrcising peace in different institutions like learning institutions for instance schools and universities and othe place. Peace fighting should also become major objective in the process of transforming and creating good and stable country.
💡This can be done through various ways like use of prints such as magazines also through seminars, exhibitions and conferences as well as social media. The education will be impacted to citizens of all ages, and for those who get to know importance of peace and its negative impacts since childhood through education they get in schools and at home, will become good ambassadors through out their lives because they will be guided by it and always it will support them in doing right things.
