There are plans for one in lamu, a lapsset project don't know if its for turkana/south sudan's or for imported crude.Uganda is also building one which we and you tz partly own.

Great, we East Africa really needs it's own oil. It's one of the biggest hinder to our development.

Kenya has really managed to hold a decent economy without natural resources,our manufacturing base is quite reasonable for an african country,our agriculture is one of the best-those are very crucial sectors for a developing country.if we manage our oil receipts well,we are likely to achieve a high developement index in the near future.
