Tatizo lako ni kwamba unaona kila kitu kinachoandikwa kuhusu shuleni ni assignment. Ni swali nililopata kwenye past papers. Kwa hiyo, Kama huwezi kujibu acha.

Ili kujua ndondooo za awali kule HCT ni vyema tujue hyo kesi iliyofunguliwa Nov. 2016 je ilitupiliwa mbali tarehe ngap mwezi gani na mwaka gani??? "For the purpose of computation of time of the present appeal" km hyo rufaa ipo ndan ya mda ama laa. Halaf ndo tuangalie hyo appeal on merits.

Kesi hutegemea na USHAHIDI uliopo. Je mazingra na mahusiano walikuwa yamefikia kiwango gani??? Issue ya cert. of reconciliation ni kwa mjibu wa sheria No. 5/1971 lakn ina EXCEPTIONS kilingana na kiwango cha mahusiano yalipofikia.

Sasa unachobisha hapo ni nini? Past paper maana yake si masuala ya shule hayo? Hiyo ni sehemu unayotakiwa kuijaza mwenyewe maana ndicho kipimo chako kwa shule yako, huku unatakiwa uje na ishu za uhalisia na sio assumptions ambazo zinakuwa na ma-discrepancy kibao..
