Companies That Make Cars In Africa

Morocco (Laraki)

South Africa (Bailey Edwards Cars, Birkin Cars, Perana, Optimal)

Nigeria (Innoson)

Tunisia (Wallyscar)

Libya (Saroukh el-Jamahiriya)

Ghana (Kantanka)

Egypt (Optimal Energy)

Uganda (Kiira Motors)

Kenya (Mobius Motors).
 
Great for Afrika. Do any of the others manufacture SUVs? I know of Uganda's Kiira, they launched their sedan in Nairobi a while back. I reserve my comments about Nigeria's Innoson, but am sure non a dem beats Mobius. 😎 Proudly Kenyan! [emoji1139]
 

This is pretty beautiful. But it will be more beautiful if the Afrikan demand for these vehicles will be high and compete with other famous brands.

I don’t know why Africans even think of Cars, hizo projects are all bases on Pride rather than Reality,
Cars aren’t a problem in our life, I don’t know where these cars will be sold.
More than 90% of Africans go for cheap used Cars.

Believe in yaselfs ye Africans. Mobius Motors' Kenyan made affordable SUVs, made for the African terrain, sold out on both the first and the second release, Mobius and Mobius 2. They had to double their production to meet demand.

Kenya’s Mobius car sells out new generation model

Besides local orders, the automaker says it has received interest from neighbouring countries, Europe and the US.
