Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Are Parents of Twins

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are now parents to twin babies, arriving as the perfect gift for their fourth wedding anniversary Saturday.
Carey's representative confirmed that the singer gave birth to a girl and a boy at 9:07am at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. The girl was born first and weighs 5lbs., 3oz. The boy was born second and weighs 5lbs., 6oz. The couple has yet to name the children.
Carey was calm on her drive to the hospital, thinking it was only a false alarm as she had gone through a false labor previously, according to Carey's rep.
In response to the birth, Cannon posted to his Twitter account that, "My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won't ever be able to top this!"
The couple is expected to renew their wedding vows this Sunday as part of their weekend anniversary celebration.
