Kwa mawazo yangu, nadhani hiyo doctrine ina reflect kidogo sana ndani ya nchi ya Tanzania.
Ni lazima kuwe na body of a fundamental law itakayo limit the authority of the government ila to me, its like, government authority ndio inayo limit a body of fundamental law.
