Another bypass is coming in Nairobi.
Construction of the Western bypass officially began yesterday. It will be another beautiful addition to to cement Nairobi as East Africa's hub.

7 interchanges
11 traffic bridges
25km service lane

This is how it will look.

Halaf mbona hizi interchange za NBO na KE kwa ujumla ni za kimagumashi hivoo!!

Yaan, they took an elevated land with kifusi then put a road crossing each other, ni ujinga tuu ili mradi tuu kuwe na jina interchange... LOL

But kudos NBO kwa kuzidi kuwa na mtandao mzuri wa barabara

Breathtaking indeed!Kenyan roads are beautiful & of high quality. Si kama za nchi fulani zinapata mahandaki baada ya miezi miwili after construction.
Halafu hizo inter..si zitakuwa kiambu?
 
Maan, this now combined with Red Hill Link, the expanded Waiyaki way from Kangemi to Limuru, then add the elevated highway from JKIA to James Gichuru……Nothing will be sweeter than linking up your journey with those roads. Just amazing

Hakuna kilichoharibika, you have thika highway we have BRT, Sasa tunajenga highway Nyie brt bado Hamna hata dalili, usisahau kwamba Morogoro road ndio yenye BRT Plus U/C ya highway from kimara-kibaha...yaani ilipoishia BRT inaunga highway so from kibaha to city centre ni 40km almost sawa kabisa na urefu wa highway yenu...tena tumewazidi zaidi maana ubungo interchange nayo iko U/C ambayo itaifanya iwe effective zaidi

Izo ni habar za zaman sana,miradi yote ilioanza 2015>>>>hakuna barabara ya muda mfupi imejengwa hapa mjn...zote ni za uhakika...na miradi ni mob jiji sehemu kubwa kwa sasa barabara zake mikeka ya kueleweka,kwa maelezo zaidi muulize Engineer dev

Between Thika Road and your BRT, Nairobi alone has built like 10 other highways and bypasses.
Also, estate roads are getting tarmacked like crazy.

hii barabara haijamaliza hata miaka 4 ona kinachotokea sasa. kukusaidia hiyo ni naivasha highway
