I want to enter into contract with someone but i need to know what can limit me to move out of that contract incase i want to do so.

Contract huwa ina terms and conditions, kwahiyo those terms and conditions are what is legally binding, so if you will put a clause that if I want to get out of a contract then A, B, C, D..... then hayo ndio yatakuwa makubaliano yenu. Kwahiyo terms and Conditions are what is important. Unaweza ukaweka clause kwamba iwapo mmoja wenu hatapenda tena kuendelea na contract labda atamwambia mwenzake two months kabla etc
